Si trova a soli 350mt dal mare, raggiungibili con una piacevole passeggiata di 5 minuti, di cui la maggior parte su percorso pianeggiante e pedonale. Il centro cittadino è a soli 250 metri, ancora più vicino, come la Stazione Ferroviaria, a soli 250 metri.
Zona signorile, silenziosa e tranquilla, servitissima da ogni genere di negozio.
Si trova al 4° ed ultimo piano, con moderno e nuovo ascensore, in un condominio situato al termine di una Via Privata, in posizione dominante. Questo regala una gradevole vista apertissima sulle case color pastello e colline verdi circostanti. Grazie alla posizione favorevole e alla sua triesposizione, gode di un'ottima luminosità, rimanendo quindi soleggiatissimo per tutta la giornata, spesso regalando anche bellissimi tramonti.
Il Residence è suddiviso in due Ale separate, due distinti e moderni appartamenti, l'Attico EST e l'Attico OVEST.
Attico Est: 65MQ interni, 50MQ esterni e fino a 7 posti letto disponibili.
Attico Ovest: 42MQ interni, ben 100MQ esterni e fino a 4 posti letto disponibili.

It is just at 350 meters from the sea, just a pleasant 5 minute walk, of which the majority of flat pedestrian road. The city center is just 250 meters away, even closer, as the train station, just 250 meters away.
Elegant area, quiet and peaceful, well served by all kinds of shops.
It is located on the 4th and last floor, with a modern and new elevator in an building located at the end of a Private Street, in a dominant position. This gives a nice broad view on the pastel-colored houses and the surrounding green hills.Thanks to its location and its position, is very bright, remaining very sunny throughout the day, often also offering beautiful sunsets.
This residence is divided into two separate Areas, two separate modern apartments, the EAST Penthouse and the WEST Penthouse.
East Penthouse: 65sqm internal, 50sqm external and up to 7 beds available.
